The front and backyard have been fully landscaped with Wi-Fi enabled sprinkler systems.
The yard is watered by rotating heads rather than fixed spray nozzles. They turn as they run, so a single head covers a larger area and lays water down slowly and evenly.
Currently planted with asparagus, squash, tomatoes, beans, cucumbers, herbs, and pollinator flowers.
The garden beds run on their own Wi-Fi enabled self-watering system, separate from the yard sprinklers. A farm spigot is installed alongside them.
Reinforced concrete was extended from the garage area all the way to the shed to support RV parking. An RV gate and 2 man gates with gate keypads were installed.
10 cameras. Nine are PoE and one is Wi-Fi (the doorbell). Out of the 10 cameras, 6 are 4K resolution, 3 are 2K resolution, and 1 is 1080p resolution. Recording is 24/7 and does not depend on a subscription. Everything is recorded locally and accessible from anywhere in the world via mobile app or website. It currently records the last 21 days via the 8TB storage installed, but the system is capable of many times more than this. Because the cameras are wired for power and data, there are no batteries to charge and no monthly fee.
10' × 12'. Shed has electrical and a dedicated 20A GFCI circuit. Shed also has a Cat6 Ethernet port. This can be used to extend Wi-Fi with another access point or be used for a security camera.
Alerts when the shed door is opened or closed. Also tracks temperature and humidity.
An access point has been placed outside to extend Wi-Fi across the patio and the yard.
Dedicated 20A GFCI outlet (shared with shed) for a future pergola. This outlet is weatherproof and located to the left of the shed. The electrical for a pergola or lighting is already run.

Whole-home Wi-Fi coverage
7 Wi-Fi access points installed throughout the home and property. Each is wired back rather than repeating a signal, so coverage holds up in the garage, the yard, and the shed.
