Closet has been wired to connect to any TVs or game consoles, so they can live out of sight in the closet.

Outlets beyond the base plan plus a hardwired Cat6 Ethernet port.

Recessed pot lights added beyond the standard plan, so the room is evenly lit from the ceiling and does not depend on lamps to be usable.

Dimmable Lutron smart lighting with the ceiling fan on the same system. Both are controllable from a phone or by voice and can run on a schedule.

Speaker wire is already run in the ceiling for two in-ceiling speakers. All speaker wires terminate in the back of the small closet in Bedroom 2 on the first floor.

Includes the motorized wall mount and its wiring, already installed. The mount can move up or down, or swivel from side to side, using the black remote. Keep it high against the wall when not watching, and bring it down to eye level from the couch when you are.

Comes with the home.

Throughout the home

Also applies in the bedroom 4

These upgrades were made across the whole house, so they are in this room too.

  • Solid-core doors, full height to the floor

Custom doors that are solid-core and extend to the floor, as the home does not have any carpet. This helps with sound insulation.

  • Insulation between interior walls

Almost all the interior walls, where allowed, are insulated for sound and for heating and cooling efficiency. It is a large part of why the house is quiet room to room.

  • No carpet anywhere in the home

Hard flooring throughout the whole home, with no carpet in any room.

  • Window trim throughout the home

Window trim installed on every functional window.

  • Accordion window blinds

The blinds can be adjusted from the top and bottom, so you can let light in at the top while keeping privacy below. Air pockets in the cell structure provide insulation at the window.
